Our modern lifestyle and repetitive training patterns may lead to our hips losing mobility, becoming tight, sore, and tense. Join Tee in a classic yoga practice to improve strength and range, build awareness, and become more mobile and free.

Inside Flow with Rebecca Wong
Time: 5:00PM - 6:00PM
Inside Flow is a movement practice that syncs breath, flow, and emotion to the rhythm and beat of music. Inspired by yoga, dance, and martial arts, you will be moving to curated sequences set to slow, fast, or upbeat songs selected from all genres ranging from hip hop, pop, to electronic music. In Inside Flow, music is used to convey feelings through motion and you will learn to move, feel, and experience emotions through bringing music and movement together as one.
