Celebrate Mother’s Day with a deeply nourishing 50‑minute Yin Flow designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect. This calming practice focuses on long‑held poses, gentle stretches, and mindful breathing—perfect for restoring balance and creating space in both body and mind.

The class will be led by Yvette Ostoja, an instructor at Solis Movement, who brings a supportive and grounding presence to every practice. Whether you’re honouring yourself, your mother, or simply welcoming a peaceful start to the day, this practice offers the perfect reset. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing suitable for a gentle yoga practice.

Please note this is a first come, first serve event with a maximum of 40 provided mats, so early registration is highly recommended. The class will start at 9 am, Doors will open at 8:30 am. Entry is through Door 6, and Mall Parking is available.
