Luke Schneider is a Nashville-based pedal steel guitarist whose playing shows up across country, indie, and experimental worlds—he’s worked with artists including Margo Price, Orville Peck, S.G. Goodman, William Tyler, and Futurebirds. His solo work pushes pedal steel into lush, meditative territory: his debut Altar of Harmony is ambient/New Age music created entirely on pedal steel, released by Third Man Records (2020).
Saapato is the music project of upstate New York–based sound artist Brendan Principato. His work explores the intersection of ecology and music, weaving manipulated field recordings with lush electronic soundscapes that invite listeners to reconsider their place within nature.
He has completed multiple residencies with the National Park Service and the Alaska State Park Service, including a 2023 residency near Juneau documenting whale and bird migrations, and a 2022 residency on Fire Island, New York, recording the fragile ecologies of swale and dune habitats. His practice extends into site-specific installation, most recently presented at Experimental Sound Studio’s Sonic Pavilion 2025 festival in Chicago.
Saapato’s recordings have been recognized as Best Ambient on Bandcamp during the months of their release, and his immersive live performances have brought him into collaboration and touring alongside artists such as Laraaji, Don Slepian, Patricia Wolf, and Green-House among others. His discography includes releases on Constellation Tatsu, Aural Canyon, Sound as Language, AKP
Recordings, and Window Sill Records.
Javelinas is Ryan Taylor (modular synth(s)/electronics) and Scott Burland (Theremin and electronics). They will be joined by Atlanta powerhouse vocalist Monique Osorio. Their improvisations call to mind mid-century electronic music but in a modern context. Hypnotic, post-minimalist music that feels improvised, embodied, and slightly feral.
