4 Mile Well Being Walk
Open to everyone! Join us for an uplifting 4-mile walk through the stunning landscapes of Luds Church - fresh air, great company, and good vibes guaranteed. This is your chance to reconnect with nature, boost your body & mind, and be part of a welcoming, supportive community. Hosted and led by @jpwalks_83, this relaxed social walk is all about bringing people together and enjoying the journey.
Whether you’re a seasoned walker or just getting started, you’re invited - just come ready to show up, walk, and enjoy every moment!

Terrain
The Lud's Church walk is a moderate, hilly terrain with rugged, steep woodland paths. The path to the 18-meter-deep, moss-covered gritstone chasm can be very muddy and slippery. Expect rocky terrain, narrow sections, and steep steps in the gorge.
Clothes
We suggest sturdy walking boots and warm clothing, and to bring waterproofs if the weather isn't looking great.

Location
The Luds Church meeting point is Gradbach car park, SK17 OSU.
If the main Gradbach car park is full, there are two other Car Parks available - one next to the main car park and the other up the lane in the Framers field. Please ask other friendly walkers for direction on the morning, I will be in the main car park to assist too.
