A rising jazz vocalist originally from Kansas City, Lucy blends rich heritage with modern authenticity. She graduated in 2020 from SUNY Purchase’s Conservatory of Music as the Ella Fitzgerald Scholar and recipient of the President’s Award for Achievement Her early career includes a five-month residency with the prestigious Birdland Big Band and performances alongside luminaries like Joe Lovano, Jon Faddis, and Kenny Washington.
