We The 3 Production Group’s Sip, Stroke & Whine Paint Parties are every 2nd Saturday at Napa Vybes Lounge. On Saturday, March 14th, Come Parta with us from 3 – 6 p.m. The admission is FREE. However, to enjoy the painting session it is $20.
Anyone looking for a perfect place to Flex your Rainbow while hanging out with your friends, fam, co-workers or boo thang chillaxing to some Neo Soul, Hip Hop, Caribbean Vibes, Smooth R&B, and more DJ Price is going to get you right after having a stressful work week. Guest could either vibe out to music or create a new love language in the form of art letting their brushes sex the canvas with spreading paint savoring each stroke designing something magical in vibrant hues. Baby this act is a sweet indulgence. Especially when adding gems to your piece as a token of appreciation. Being on that level is such a rush that only an expert knows about. However, if you are newbie at stroking paint on canvases then Instructor Nyah can assist you with bringing your artwork to life.
It is $20.00 to participate in the painting session, which covers all paint supplies:
1. One 9x12 pre-drawn panel canvas. Please select from under the add-on button the art design you wish to paint. Or a blank canvas so one can just freestyle to do your own thing.
2. Acrylic, Oil Pastel & Watercolor Paints. Also, Blending Markers, Coloring Pencils, regular Markers and Crayons.
3. Brushes
4. Glue
5. And accents - Glitter, Rhinestones, Sequins, Confetti & more to make your artwork pop.
We require guests to pre-register in advance for supply purposes only to make sure we have enough canvases for everyone who wishes to take part. Again… Please select from under the add-on button the canvas art design you would like to paint.
As a bonus for their dedication and service U.S. Military Veterans, First Responders & Police Officers can receive a 50% discount off the price to take part as our gift to you. Thank you! We simply ask for verification purposes to please present your ID to the event’s organizer when checking in.
Not included in the cost to participate in the painting session are Hookahs, bottle service, food, or beverages. One can buy these directly from the venue’s restaurant. They require guests to purchase a minimum of one drink & food item from their menu. Drink cocktails range from $8 to $10 per glass with a service fee as an additional charge - gratuity. During this event we are holding a Sexy Leprechaun Costume Competition for a chance to win a prize & gift raffle drawing. Tickets for both are $5. During the event for promotional & advertising purposes only We The 3 Production Group, our team members, business partners & affiliates, will do the following:
- Periodically LIVE Stream on our personal & business social media pages.
- Pre-record. Then post the content - video footage, on our personal & business social media pages, business website & within business marketing/promotional ads.
- They will also take photos – pictures, of guests, our workers, vendors & vendor employees,’ venue staff, attending guests and others, interacting - by way of socializing or networking, dancing, and painting, etc. at this event. Then post those images on our personal & business social media pages, business website & within business marketing/promotional ads.
Now that you (the “attendee”, “guest”, “onlookers” or the like thereof) are aware of what will take place when attending an event hosted by We The 3 Production Group dearly note when you purchase a paint kit or pre-register to participate you - (the “attendee” or “guest” and “onlookers” or the like thereof) are agreeing to the terms listed above which giving our organization, team members, business partners & affiliates’, full consent – permission, to do the following as stated above.
Liability Waiver: Important NOTICE to Attending Guests
We look forward to having an amazing event so please follow these simple instructions.
Due to COVID, its strains & other variants in our region it is necessary to know that any interactions with the public while mingling with others within proximity pose guests to be at risk of exposure to viruses and/or diseases. We The 3 Production Group and its business affiliates cannot guarantee that while attending this or any of our events you (the "Attendee") will not encounter another who could possibly expose you to contaminated airborne particles while being in proximity with them – other guests, attendees, vendors, our and venues staff, etc., who will also be attending this event whether they (the “attendee/guest”, “onlookers”, "We The 3 Production Group”, or “Napasorn Thai Restaurant and Lounge”, and “Our/Their Staff") are fully vaccinated or not.
While you attend this function - Sip, Stroke & Whine Paint Party, you - the attendee/guest, onlooker and the like thereof, will not hold our team responsible for the health and safety of this event nor for those attending this function. Along with We The 3 Production Group staff and its business affiliates who too will be in attendance during this event. However, the venue - Napasorn Thai Restaurant and Lounge, venue’s owners & We The 3 Production Group must make sure to disinfect items used throughout the establishment before guests grace the door. Our goal is to try our best to take all necessary health precautions outlined in the CDC guidelines to prevent anyone from getting sick, but this measure cannot guarantee anyone will not.
We strongly encourage you - the "guest", "attendee", "onlooker and the “like thereof,” to also follow CDC guidelines, local laws, and restrictions. Along with wearing a sufficient face covering – MASK, approved by the CDC to prevent anyone from getting sick. Also, wash your hands thoroughly whenever visiting the restroom to protect others from contracting any viruses.
If you - the “guest”, "attendee", “onlooker”, and/or the “like thereof”, have recently tested positive for COVID, or any form of virus or illness of any type – cold, flu, similar or worse, we highly recommend you don’t purchase a paint kit or pre-register to attend. Please stay at home for the safety of all participating in or attending this event. We would love to see your sexy face in the place but in this case do not come until a doctor has cleared you. Our Production Group and its business affiliates "Thank you" in advance for following these simple outlines of rules listed above.
Refund Policy:
Attendees can receive a refund for the paint kit bought up to 7 days before the scheduled event. Management must approve All refund requests. Please send an email to [email protected] Subject: Refund Request.
If approved attendee will receive a partial & not a full refund because we cannot issue back to you the fees applied for, accessed or charged by Eventbrite ticketing platform, to process the payment. Their – Eventbrite (the “Ticketing Platform”), processing fee is nonrefundable for using their services. If so, they are the only ones who can revert that fee. Please refer to your purchase invoice/receipt for a listing of those charges and the fee amount. Overall, participants will only receive back the amount advertised for painting kits & supplies to take part.
