✨ Lucid Dreaming Workshop – Reykjavík
Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to wake up inside your dream?
Lucid dreaming is a natural state in which you become aware that you are dreaming while the dream is happening. From that moment, you can begin to consciously interact with your dream world.
This workshop is a practical introduction to lucid dreaming — combining science, psychology and direct experience.

• how lucid dreaming works (science & brain states)
• techniques to become aware in your dreams
• how to improve dream recall
• how to recognize dream signs
• how to work with nightmares and emotions
• how lucid dreaming can support healing, creativity and self-awareness
