Experiencing the Power of Breath to move into the deeper layers of our Mind, Existence and Consciousness and tapping into our true Potential.
Lucid Breathing is a Breath journey of certain ancient as modern breathing techniques which intend not only to remove physical as energetical blockages, but also let us experience the deeper layers of of our consciousness.
The rhythm and alternation of our breathing can give us not only entrance to a state of intense presence and clarity, but also to transformative experiences. It can clean our blood cells, build anti-bodies and give us access to the numerous aspects of our physiology.
Breath has been used for thousands of years from various wisdom traditions to invoke health, foster longevity and as a medium for enlightenment. From a western perspective the breath carries oxygen and blood to the brain and our vital organs. Many diseases are being caused by our blood being to acidic. With our breath we not only invigorate our blood cells, but also alkalise our blood. Our breath can enable us to access and prime our autonomic nervous system, control our heart rate and direct our brain state.
With Lia and her pure essential oils, this special collaboration creates a space for conscious connection, deeper breathing, and inner balance. Through a gentle aromatherapy meditation, she invites body, mind, and spirit to perceive the power of nature and optimally prepare the respiratory system for the unique breathwork session with Christian.
The subtle essences support letting go, arriving in the present moment, and experiencing the breath journey even more intensely. With her experience in wellness coaching, partner work, and feminine presence practice, she authentically blends spirituality, mindfulness, and lived experience. Shaped by 14 years as a nurse, her passion for naturopathy, and her work as a speaker and business leader, she guides people toward greater balance, energy, and well-being—supported by the power of nature.
✨// What to Bring?:
The Breath Session will be held inside in a protected space. Everything we need (Blankets, Water, Yoga Mats etc.) will be there. Please bring warm and comfortable (stretchy) clothes to lie down and sit.
