? Fancy a break from studying while still engaging with the big questions around climate futures and activism? Join us for a relaxed, hands-on collaging session all about climate action. We’ll be cutting, pasting, chatting, and imagining what the future of climate activism might look like through the power of posters, slogans, and art.
? If you’re taking the “How can we transform our climate futures?” theme, this workshop ties in perfectly with your upcoming Seminar 4 on “Will climate activism save the planet?” But even if you’re not, everyone’s welcome whether you’re passionate about sustainability, curious about activism, or just looking for a fun, social way to meet new people.
? A low-key, social way to explore big ideas: the relationship between climate change, activism, and creativity. Plus, your collage could be chosen for the Sustainability Team’s next flyer or even displayed in The Marshall Building as part of a student art showcase later in the year. (And yes, there will be free pizza to keep your energy going while you're creating!?)
✂️ No artistic experience needed - just bring your imagination, enthusiasm and willingness to get a little bit creative! All materials will be provided.
