The Montgomery St Band is a four piece string band. Patrick Gushue (mandolin/fiddle), Liam Keith-Jacques (guitar/dobro), Scott Michaud (banjo/guitar), and Jason Flores (upright bass) have dedicated themselves to carrying on the folk music traditions of the Maritimes. Along with masterful instrumentation, the bandmates also take turns leading four-part vocal harmonies. These avid street performers boast an impressive catalogue of old time fiddle music and bluegrass while also incorporating the blazing tempos and dynamic energy of a full fledged jam band.
Richie Young is based in the city of Fredericton, New Brunswick. His music is largely inspired by the rock music of the 1960s and 1970s. Richie is a one man band bringing you the heat with his voice, guitar, harmonica and keys all simultaneously while carrying the beat with his feet on a bass drum and custom designed snare that he fabricated with his own bare hands.
