Please note: This is not a drop-in session — participants are expected to attend the full course.

This energising Zumba course blends African and Caribbean-inspired music and dance styles with traditional Zumba moves, creating a vibrant, full-body, low-intensity workout. With easy-to-follow steps influenced by salsa, merengue, and soca rhythms, this class is ideal for complete beginners looking to get active in a fun and welcoming environment.

Your progress will be supported throughout the course and measured against clear learning outcomes. At the start, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your goals with your tutor and set personal targets, including progression to a more advanced level.

  • This is not a drop-in class — registration is required on the first day
  • Places will be prioritised for residents living in the E9 postcode area
