At this soundhealing event, we invite you on a journey through sound and music. We will open the event with a short meditation and setting intentions (you are welcome to bring a microdose of a healing medicinal natural substance for yourself, and we will serve herb tea as another option).
Your intention should be something you wanna solve or work on in your current life. The sound journey will give you the right experience/ insights to process whatever intention you brought in.
After the intention setting,we will listen to mantras where you are invited to sing and with your intention. The singing will help to start getting into your body and clear out some blockages- its a perfect warming up for recieving the soundhealing.
After the mantras we will all get comfortable and listen to selected artists - with instrumental music or songs. This is a meditative journey, that brings you close to your emotions. The power or voice and the instruments will help you to process everything that needs to be processed.
Agenda:
18:00-18:15 arrival, finding your place
18:15-18:30 opening and medititon with intention setting (taking herb tea or psychosibline microdose)
18:30- 18:45 Short voice warm up exercises (Cherry)
18:45- 19:15 Mantra singing
19:15-20:00 Short break for toilet- refreshment- interactions
20:00- 21:00 Sound Journey with Murat (guitar) and Marianna (singing).
21:00 -21:30 Closing, sharing, wrapping up.
*About the artists*
Marianna Kocsany
Marianna Kocsany is an upcoming singer songwriter based in Amsterdam, this time brings something different to the table. She is going to use her singing and improvisation with the intention to help the listener process deep feelings and heal whatever needs to be healed, but mostly relational and attachment wounds. Just let her powerful, healing voice in and let it help you to do the inner work.
Murat Baysal
Murat is a self taught nomadic musician, his music is inspired by life, nature, soul searching and genres like Classical, Spanish and Jazz. His music makes you travel into an otherworldy landscape. So hang on to the first note and surrender to a journey into a dreamworld.
Marc Thomer
Marc has been playing the guitar and singing for many years performing in bars and pubs on open mic nights mostly or with friends. In recent times, he discovered the power and healing qualities of mantra singing for himself in life. Realising that he can combine his singing and guitar skills in order to help people experience such similar profound experiences he now offers Mantra evenings himself. His mission is to help people find healing, relaxation, connection and community through music.
