We are super excited to host Mother's Day and Father's Day Mini Sessions at our Vancouver studio this year!
Details:
Dates: Sunday, May 3rd, Saturday, May 9th and Sunday, May 10th
Studio Location: 949 West 49th Avenue, Vancouver, BC
Mini session duration: 15 minutes
Cost: $149 + gst
Deposit: $50*
What's Included:
- 15 minutes in studio session
- One family (5 people max**) • 1 Solid Colour Setup
- 5 professionally retouched photos
- High quality online proofing and final galleries
- BONUS: Free mobile app! And all original session photos
- Print release for all photos
- ** 2 adults & 3 children; Children must be at least 6 months old due to limited time. A 45 minute baby session is recommended for families with babies. Please contact us for more information.
- Additional participant or small pet add $20 each
- Additional retouched photos add $10 each
- Professional print products available at extra cost
Final retouched photos will be ready within 2 weeks after the session date.
Refund policy:
Sessions are scheduled back-to-back. Please arrive on time and park 5 -10 minutes before session time. Session time will not be extended due to late arrival.
*Deposit is non-refundable. A credit for future photography services or products may be issued at our discretion. We will try our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
FAQ:
What happens after I purchase my ticket?
You will receive an email with your booking confirmation and a link to your invoice showing the deposit paid and the balance outstanding (please check junk or spam folder if you don't receive this email within 24 hours in your inbox).
Additional important info about your session will be emailed to you about 2 days before your session date. Please keep an eye out for this!
What is your refund policy?
*Sorry the deposit is non-refundable without an extenuating circumstance. A credit for future photography services or products may be issued at our discretion.
What should we wear?
We reccomend families wear neutral coloured/plain outfits without large patterns or logos, or matching outfits. But it's totally up to you! Please be dressed in your photoshoot attire prior to arriving to maximize session time.
Can we change outfits?
Sorry due to the short session time, changing outfits is not recommended.
What does the setup look like?
You have a choice of 1 solid colour background portrait setup. Please see posted sample photos.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due on the day of your mini session photoshoot. We accept cash or e-transfer for the outstanding balance. For e-transfers, please send to [email protected].
What if we arrive late?
Please arrive on time to maximize session time. We cannot extend a session's duration due to a late arrival.
When will I receive the photos?
You will receive access to an online proofing gallery within 3 days after the session date. After selecting your favourite photos there, you will receive access to a gallery with your retouched photos within 7 to 10 days thereafter. You can download the hi-resolution image files from your online gallery. You can also share your photos via social media as well as purchase print products at additional cost directly from your gallery.
What is the bonus free mobile app?
The mobile app is a fantastic app for viewing and sharing your photos with friends and family. It can be installed on iOS and Android mobile devices.
Can I print my own photos?
Yes! You will receive a print release for your session photos. We do offer the option to purchase professional quality prints from your online gallery.
