This Galentine’s season, Alpha Woman Association invites you to Love Your Leadership—an intimate morning experience designed to reconnect women with the foundation of true leadership: self.
Through guided conversation and live demonstrations, we’ll explore how self-trust, self-discipline, and self-awareness shape the way we show up in our lives, relationships, careers, and personal style.
Hosted inside the beautiful Pippa & Pearl boutique, this experience blends psychology, executive presence, and intentional styling—supporting women in showing up with clarity, confidence, and alignment across life, work, and relationships.

• Short, thoughtful conversations led by Holly Cotton, wellness and self-love facilitator, alongside leadership experts
• Insight into self-trust, mental discipline, and emotional awareness
• Executive presence guidance led by Shavée Ho—exploring how confidence, posture, and energy influence leadership
• A live color analysis and styling demonstration to support intentional shopping
• Boutique spotlight with store owner Suzanne Pippa, sharing how to shop with clarity and confidence
