This workshop will invite you to align with your true self and design a vision board of the life you are worthy to live in 2026. Join Life Coach; Tina D’Angelo to gain clarity for 2026, ignite your goals and passions and create a vision board to embody the process of visualization.
This workshop will lead you through mindful practices to develop awareness of your true self, set soulful goals, uncover limiting beliefs and learn how to take next steps to flourish from the inside out.
Session will include a live sound bath meditation, create art design and GF/Dairy snack.
Will require a board for creation or use of computer to make electronic board. Supplies included: scissors, glue, stickers, affirmation cards. magazines.
