This painting is a love letter to the marsh—to the places that hold us steady even as life moves and shifts around us. Created as part of my Love Letters to Savannah series, this piece weaves together photography, oil paint, gold, and handwritten poetry to reflect the quiet strength and beauty I continue to find here.
There is a stillness in the water, a softness in the sky, and a reminder that harmony is not the absence of chaos, but the presence of peace within it.
