In partnership with UC College of Allied Health Sciences, UC Heart Hub Lab, and Cherished Hearts Family Support Services, Love Letter to Moms offers on-site health screenings, practical education, and supportive wellness activities. This event combines basic screenings for mothers and children with interactive 30-minute educational sessions focused on nourishment, safety, movement, and self-care—creating a supportive, affirming space for mothers to prioritize their own health alongside their families’ well-being.
