Your Instagram profile is often the first place potential clients land when they're deciding whether to work with you. If your bio is unclear, your content feels scattered, or your profile doesn't immediately communicate what you do and why it matters, you're losing people before they ever reach out.

This workshop is for women business owners who know Instagram matters for their business but feel stuck on how to actually set it up in a way that builds trust and converts followers into clients. Maybe your profile has been neglected, maybe you've changed direction and your feed doesn't reflect that, or maybe you just want fresh eyes on what's working and what's not.

We're spending the morning working through your Instagram profile together. You'll get real feedback, make actual changes, and leave with a profile that does the work of introducing you clearly and confidently.

Love At First Sight Instagram Workshop is a hands-on working session where you'll audit your own profile, get paired feedback from other business owners, and make real-time updates to your bio, name line, pinned posts, and content strategy. Haley and Adah will guide the room through each section, offer individual feedback, and share strategies that actually work without requiring you to be on Instagram all day.

You'll work through:

Profile audits with structured prompts so you know what to look for
Paired feedback sessions where you give and receive input on bios, content, and overall presence
Bio and name line optimization so people immediately understand what you do
Pinned post strategy to direct new visitors where you want them to go
Engagement and content creation tips that don't require perfection or constant posting
B-roll content capture if time allows, so you leave with usable footage
