Bridget Whitaker, JD, is the Executive Director of Safe & Sound, a nonprofit focused on building safe, empowered neighborhoods across Milwaukee and Racine, Wisconsin. With over 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, she brings a people-centered approach to leadership and community-driven safety efforts.
A published author, consultant, and advocate for neighborhood resilience, Bridget has helped lead initiatives in violence prevention, youth development, and civic collaboration.
She is also the founder of QB Solutions and is currently pursuing her PhD in Educational Leadership, advancing her work at the intersection of nonprofit leadership and community empowerment.
