About this Event
We’ve teamed up with the gorgeous folk at 1Warwick to bring you a series of therapist-led workshops that even Maslow himself would be proud of. From April - August, we’ll guide you through Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, one workshop at a time.Led by qualified therapists, you’ll have the chance to connect with like-minded others.
The ability to connect authentically as people has the power to not only change our workplaces, but to change the shape of our world. But what stories may we be telling ourselves about who we are and what the world is?
Stories are a powerful metaphor and tool to understand our lives, because humanity has relied on and evolved through the use of stories as a way to make sense of the world. An ever-present theme in the therapy space, therapists often explore the stories clients tell themselves about their lives, sometimes supporting them, other times challenging them and helping them find a reframe.
At a time when we're constantly encouraged to show up as our 'whole self' at work — join us for a workshop that's an exploration of how we can do that consciously.
