Location: Pike Place Lobby
My general plan for this meetup is giving ppl at least 10 min grace to make it to the meetup location before organizing groups for photos (i.e. by character, requested groups, etc.) otherwise I am hoping it can also serve as a place for ppl to gather and relax before the 8p LaDS panel :)
P.S. If we need a backup location I'm hoping we can use the area above the Pike Place Lobby before Arch Room 2AB which is up the escalators by the coffee shop.
