Saturday Lotus Mornings is a welcoming Dharma Study Group where we explore Buddhist wisdom and how it can be applied in everyday life. Through guided reflection, group discussion, and shared insights, participants will deepen their understanding of the Dharma while learning practical ways to cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and inner peace.

Whether you are new to Buddhism or already on the path of practice, this session offers a supportive environment to learn, reflect, and grow together.
