Lama Anyen Rinpoche is a highly respected spiritual teacher and scholar with a deep and profound understanding of Tibetan Buddhism. Born in Tibet, he has dedicated his life to the study and practice of Buddhist teachings and has been recognized as a lama by numerous Tibetan Buddhist masters. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his teachings.
Lama Anyen Rinpoche is the author of several books, including "The Tibetan Yoga of Breath: Breathing Practices for Healing the Body and Cultivating Wisdom," and "Dying with Confidence: A Tibetan Buddhist Guide to Preparing for Death." His publications have been well-received worldwide, and they offer valuable insights into the practice of Tibetan Buddhism and mindfulness.

A separate weekend program will follow, featuring a day and a half of meditation instruction and practice, teachings on facing suffering, aging, illness with patience and courage, and gentle yoga . Anyen Rinpoche will also perform a Saving Lives ceremony, or “Tsetar”, a traditional meritorious practice, which last year saved the lives of 10,000 shrimp destined to be used as bait.
