Winner of the Portrait of Britain in 2017, 2018, 2019,2020 & 2024 Rory Lewis has spent nearly two decades capturing many of the world’s most recognizable figures. His sitters include William Shatner, Sir Patrick Stewart, David Cameron, Tony Blair, Iain Glen, and Natalie Dormer.
His work has been exhibited internationally, with several of his iconic portraits acquired by the National Portrait Gallery in London. One of his most significant projects, Soldiery, documented the British Army in the 21st century over a two-year period, earning critical acclaim and recognition from the BBC as “The Changing Face of the British Army.”
