The London Community Gospel Choir – Experience Day
You are going to spend the day with us!
Important Notes:
o Dates are not booked further in advance as the choir’s diary is changeable.
o The date for your experience day could be changed if the choir are called on tour or booked for an event.
o In the unlikely event that your experience date is cancelled by LCGC, we will reschedule your date accordingly, or offer you a refund.
o Your arrival time on the day for the vocal workshop is between 3:30pm and 4:00pm, please do not arrive earlier than this. The workshop will take place from 4:00- 6:00pm.
o Later in the evening the choir rehearsal will start at 8.00pm.
o If you arrive late, the experience will start without you.
o If you do not arrive on the arranged date, your voucher will become void.
o If you are unable to make your date please contact us ASAP to re-book your
experience day.
o The experience will end approximately 10pm.
o You must present your ticket on arrival. You will not be permitted to take part
without a valid ticket.
o You are allowed to bring friends and family to watch your experience.
o We request that you only bring one person to attend your afternoon lesson.
o You may bring up to two people for the evening rehearsal.
o Your guests are welcome to take photographs and video.
o There are a maximum of 15 participants on the day.
