LONDON City Ladies Networking October Meeting

You can now book onto our October City Ladies London Networking breakfast, held at the Hilton.

Organised and hosted by familiar faces Natalie Turner and co-host Julia Darlington, this session will feature our incredible spotlight, Karen Farrell.

Karen Farrell is a qualified Breathwork Coach who helps women step into their spotlight, whether that’s on stage, online, or in everyday life, by mastering the power of their breath.

With a Bachelor of Music and a background as a trained singer, Karen knows first-hand how vital breath control is for confidence, presence and performance. Her years in music not only taught her technical mastery, but also revealed how the breath can be a powerful anchor for resilience and self-belief through life’s highs and lows.

Now, Karen brings this expertise into her coaching, guiding women to harness their breath as a tool for calm, clarity and confidence. Through her unique approach, she empowers her clients to reduce stress, elevate their wellbeing, and step into their spotlight so they can stop hiding and start shining.
