LOLspace by FAVE Leader

It's a monthly Open Space peer-learning event for Learning-Oriented Leaders (LOL, get it? 🤣) Where people and workplace leaders come together to be in the company of peers and to learn from each other.

Every LOLspace will be a unique, one-time-in-the-universe experience, fuelled by your generosity towards this community of learning, practice and support.

Unlike events with 100% programmed agenda, an Open Space event is a co-created and collaborative experience. Regardless of your industry, years of experience or seniority at work, we truly believe you have a lot to contribute to our collective learning. While everyone may be at different stages of their leadership or even life journeys, there will always be something new that we can learn from each other.

Our role as LOLspace facilitators is to hold the space whileyou create the learning. We will structure your learning experience around deep dialogues, discussions and reflective conversations. In other words, you will actively participate in LOLspace (trust us, beats one-way presentations any day!)

You're welcomed to LOLspace if you're a leader looking to:

• Be better at being a leader by improving your leadership qualities and skills
• Learn new, effective and innovative ways of leading at work
• Share a leadership expertise or know-how that you're passionate about and believe others would benefit from knowing or practising
• Get insights or opinions on how to manage real-life leadership challenges or situations at work
• Participate actively and contribute your wisdom in service of others
• Meet new people and grow your peer network

And who are 'leaders' in our context? Anyone who has a leadership role at work, either having people (direct report) responsibility, managing cross-functional work or project leaders who have to regularly work through others.

At LOLspace, your level of experience, years worked and seniority level don't matter. What's important is your desire for self-improvement as a person and leader. We also believe diversity in the room will make the learning experience much richer.

Leading at work is demanding and all-consuming. If you're burning out, overly stressed or disengaged (you don't have to disclose these to any of us!), LOLspace could be an opportunity for you to gain much needed new perspectives through the wisdom of others. We also hope LOLspace will make you feel refreshed, inspired and ready again to lead with joy.

Only 20 seats are available for each monthly session.
