The Good Girl Trap: Stop Carrying Everyone and Start Living Your Own Life
Do you often find yourself being the responsible one? The one who organises things, solves problems, supports everyone, and somehow ends up doing more than your fair share?
Many capable women grow up learning to be the “good one.”
Helpful. Reliable. Responsible.
But over time this can turn into a hidden pattern, taking on everyone’s problems, saying yes when you really mean no, and quietly putting your own needs last.
This workshop explores The Good Girl Trap and how to step out of it.
⸻
In this practical and empowering workshop you will learn how to:
* stop taking responsibility for things that aren’t actually yours
* say no without feeling guilty
* set healthy boundaries in work and relationships
* stop over-functioning and let others step up
* create more space, energy and freedom in your life
⸻
We’ll also explore why this pattern develops.
Many women fall into the Good Girl Trap not because they are weak - but because they are capable, thoughtful and responsible.
Over time people begin to rely on them for everything.
In this workshop you’ll learn how to keep your strengths without carrying the world on your shoulders.
⸻
Through simple insights, practical tools and engaging exercises you will discover how to:
* recognise when responsibility actually belongs to someone else
* respond instead of automatically saying yes
* trust others to handle their own lives
* reclaim energy for the things that matter to you
⸻
Being kind and responsible is a beautiful quality.
But your life was never meant to be a support service for everyone else.
This workshop will help you step out of the Good Girl Trap and start living with greater clarity, balance and freedom.
