Celebrate International Yoga Day with an Outdoor Yoga class in English
In this gentle yoga class, we will connect breathing with movement, inviting a feeling of relaxation and well-being. We will move our bodies in a way that feels good, encouraging rest for the mind and connection in community.
What to expect:

• We will meet in the grassy area (34.270052, -119.277304).
• We will enjoy a guided yoga class in English, focused on conscious moments that connect breathing and movement.
• No previous yoga experience is required.
• This event is ideal for people 13 years old and older.
After the event:
You can explore the beach on your own and enjoy its trails, natural beauty, and warm sun.
How to prepare and what to bring:
• Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.
• Bring a bottle of water.
• Bring a yoga mat.
• We will practice barefoot.
• It is also recommended to bring layers of clothing, as it can be cold in the morning, in addition to a hat, sunscreen and insect repellent.
• Wear comfortable shoes that you can fill with sand if you want to spend time on the beach.
