About this Event
Whether it's the first yoga class you have been wanting to try or your 100th, we invite you to slow down, explore your inner world, and build comunidad.
9-10am: Jennifer (snowapplestudio.com) will lead us in a 60 minute flow that will leave you feeling grounded and inspired.
10-11am: We will have some light snacks available and engage in a mindful art activity.
Please bring your mat or blanket, a yoga block if you have one, and an open mind.
Be sure to arrive with enough time to find parking and walk to the location so that we can begin on time.
A Latino Outdoors participant waiver is required prior to event.
Latino Outdoors activities are free and in service to our communities. Please honor your reservation, and if you are unable to attend an event that you signed up for, take a moment to cancel your reservation so that another community member may participate and volunteer organizers can plan accordingly. We greatly appreciate it!
