Lo-Fi Casting in Cuttlefish and Sand

After attending the 1 hour demonstration before hand from 1-2pm , from 2pm until 6pm create your own cast piece using either; sand casting or cuttlefish casting technique in silver. You will be expertly guided through the process of creating your own a cast object. You can bring a small solid form with no moving parts in metal or plastic ( no bigger than 1.8 cm x 1cm ... a ring for example ) or use a master model that Sian can provide.

The Demonstration is free to attend beforhand and all are welcome . The casting workshop from 2pm-6pm is £20.00 plus booking fee for 6 people only and is essential for this session as space is limited . The cost of the silver will be additional to this charge and be based on the weight of the finished item . Silver cost is £3.00 per gram and a ring typically unless its huge , will be no more than about 10-15 grams

You will leave the event with a small silver object: A ring or a charm
