About this Event
Join Lizzie Ramey + LSKD for a community 5K built around movement, connection, and starting the morning strong. Whether you’re chasing a PR or just showing up for the vibes, this run is all about good energy and moving together. All paces welcome.
Lizzie created this run club to make running feel welcoming, fun, and accessible at every pace. After experiencing how running built her confidence, she wanted to create a community where others could find the same. Built on her “YEP!” mentality - saying yes to challenges, growth, and showing up. This club is about supporting one another and moving forward together.
We’ll be kicking things off with a special check-in giveaway moment - everyone who checks in at the event will be entered for a chance to win an Accelerate kit to wear during the run. A few runners will be styled in the gear before we head out and featured throughout the morning.
Post-run, hang with the community over bagels, sip hydration from Friday Wellness, create custom bracelets with Beadology, and shop our exclusive event tee.
