This course consists of 6 weekly sessions: 6 x course sessions , starting on Monday 16th March 2.30am-5pm(2.5 hours)
Additional Supports
Participants receive a Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions book and participant's handouts at the first session.
Our courses are available completely free of charge to participants. We do rely on donations as an organisation to continue our vital mission. All support is greatly appreciated.
