Living Healthy - Chronic Disease Self Management Workshop
Join us for this informative and interactive 6-week workshop on managing chronic diseases. Whether you're dealing with diabetes, arthritis, or any other long-term condition, this workshop is designed to provide you with practical tools and strategies to live a healthier life.

This course requires a minimum of 8 participants to move forward. If attendance falls below 8 people at the first session on May 6, 2026, we will be unable to continue with the remaining sessions. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping make this training possible.
**Please note that registration will close after the second session on May 13th. You must attend the first and/or second session to participate in the subsequent sessions, which will take place from May 20th to June 10th.
