About this Event
This unique virtual workshop combines restorative grief yoga and therapeutic writing exercises, offering you a safe space to come into the present moment, express your emotions and embrace healing in the comfort of your own home.
You will begin with a gentle and restorative grief yoga practice allowing your body to release tension and create space for emotional healing. Led by Kim, these carefully selected poses promote relaxation, self-compassion, and encourage the gentle embodiment of grief.
