About this Event
Write To Release is a mulitmodal healing, energy clearing and generative healing writing masterclass. Together, the group will be held in a sacred field as they move through an guided meditation, receive the wisdom and language of collective poem, then write through a series of deepening prompts as guided by Chelsea, in an unfolding process. Energy shifts and intuitive guidance arrive as needed. There will be room to share work, insights, and thoughts within this container. Write to Release allows you to dive deep into exploration of themes in your life, hold space for what you are moving through in this moment, and generate a series of "seeds" for your life and writing. This is not your typical writing workshop, as it holds spiritual intuitive work & energy work.
No writing or meditation experience needed. Come with an open heart, and open mind.
