Join the first ‘Live Rhythms’ band in North Devon, as our collective plays LIVE and flow to an elemental dance movement inspired by Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms.
In our sessions we co-create a non-judgmental, held community space for mindful movement through a wave of different expressions, playing live music that responds to the energies and flow of our dancers.
