Love Salad is a pop/jazz/soul quartet trio built around the extraordinary vocal presence of An Lai and powered by two virtuosos whose backgrounds span funk, jazz, and progressive rock. Their setlist pulls from SZA, Yebba, Sting, Roberta Flack, Corinne Bailey Rae, and selections from their own 2018 album Total Eclipsed Me (available on Spotify, Apple Music, and more).
The bass, and drums reshape each groove into something fresh — a deep D’Angelo-style pocket colliding with the colorful improvisation of Weather Report, all framing An Lai’s expressive, genre-blurring vocal style.
