Contracts Available Today:
- If you are contracted under DIG with all of these carriers, you are good to go!
- If you are not contracted with all of these carriers, please fill out the applicable info sheet attached and return to [email protected].
- If you are contracted with any of these carriers, but not under DIG, go to your current upline to get a release to move under DIG.
- NOTE: If you are completing a contract for IBC, AmeriHealth Caritas or Highmark you must submit a signed commission schedule. If you are a GA or above, please talk to Bill Feggins to coordinate. You must sign the applicable street level contract if you are street level and return with the contract.

- For these carriers you will need to get your release ready for when it is time to contract with DIG if you are contracted under a different uplines
- All carriers except for Aetna MA & PDP and Cigna HealthSpring accept written releases form your current Top of Hierarchy.
- For Aetna MA & PDP releases, please use the attached 2025 - Aetna MA & PDP - Transfer Release Notice of Intent Form
- For Cigna HealthSpring releases, please use the attached 2023 - Cigna HealthSpring - Transfer Request Form
- If you have not been appointed with any of these carriers, stand by, an announcement will come when it is time to contract.
- If you have any of these contracts with DIG already, hang tight, you are good where you are.
