Join us for our annual Live Like Pat Memorial 5K as we honor the life and legacy of Pat Loftus 🧡Pat began his journey with Horizon Realty Advisors as a Maintenance Supervisor at The Cottages on Lindberg before growing into a corporate Project Manager supporting multiple communities across the portfolio. He was known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and the genuine care he showed to everyone around him.
This event brings together teammates, residents, friends, and family to celebrate Pat through community, movement, and connection.

The event will begin with a dedication ceremony for the newly named Loftus Fitness Center at The Cottages, the community where Pat got his start with Horizon. The Memorial 5K will follow immediately after.
Whether you walk, jog, or run, your participation helps continue Pat’s legacy of kindness, strength, and support for others.
