Little Zen: Move & Make is a mindful movement and creative experience designed especially for kids ages 5–10. Children will explore mindful mmovement games to release energy, build strength, and improve focus. Then transition into a guided art activity where they can slow down, create, and express themselves
Cost is $15/child, $10 for additional child. Drop off begins at 12:00 pm, with festivities starting promptly at 12:30 pm. Pick up at 2:00 pm
