Get your final long run in before the NYRR Brooklyn Half — supported, social, and designed to help you peak with confidence. This 14‑mile route (with optional shorter or longer versions) includes everything you need for a strong training day: baggage check, fluid stations, gels, and pace‑based groups.

This is the last long supported run before the Brooklyn Half. Instead of doing it alone, join the Flyers: we show up for every mile.
What’s included
- Fluid stations at the start/finish + mile 4.5 + mile 9.5
- Water, Gatorade, and gels
- Baggage check at Fleet Feet Columbus Circle (8:00 AM–12:00 PM)
- Pace‑based groups from 8:00 to 12:00 min/mile
- A friendly, no‑pressure environment with runners of all levels

Non‑Members
There is a $10 non‑member fee for this supported run. But here’s the good part:
Apply $10 of your fee toward your 2026 Flyers membership when you join this season.
