Little Lifts Fitness Festival with Tribe ALL Fitness

Join us and the amazing Tribe ALL Fitness for the debut of our Fitness Festival!
We are bringing festival vibes to you with this 5-hour event, where you will be guided through four sessions, followed by a complimentary (opitional) sound bath to relax the mind, body, and soul.
Sessions:
TOTALLY SHREDDED - this is a high impact low complexity workout to d&b
KONGA - is an easy to follow dance cardio workout
CLUBBERCISE - is a lower impact fitness with glowsticks and a 90s soundtrack
DANCE FITNESS DISCO 80s-TODAY - this is super fun, simple but effective fitness for ALL abilities, the perfect party ending to a fun-packed day
We will finish with an empowering and healing sound bath, a blissful end to a wonderful day.

This event is intended for all capabilities, so you are welcome to join in all the sessions or sit out and join in classes you are comfortable with.
A special early bird discount (£25) is available until November, and then the registration cost will increase to £30.
We cannot wait for this special, fun, high energy event!

*A fundraising page will be set up automatically upon registering. It is not compulsory to fundraise, but we are encouraging people to make a difference by raising £100. However, we would love to have you be part of our fundraising community. For every £20 raised your funds will fill a Radiotherapy Box with products and for every £40 raised you will fill a Chemotherapy Box with products. We encourage you to use this opportunity to make a difference and support more people receiving treatment for breast cancer. We will also be offering a prize for our top fundraiser. We appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you!
