Join us on the last Tuesday of every month for an evening dedicated to the simple, wonderful pleasure of reading together in community.Here's how it works:
🕔 5:00–5:30 PM — Arrive, grab a drink, head up to the mezzanine, find your spot, and settle in. Chat, browse, get comfortable — this is your time to decompress.
🤫 5:30–6:30 PM — Quiet reading time. Bring whatever you're reading — no assigned books, no homework, no pressure. Just you and your book.
💬 6:30–7:00 PM — Share what you're reading with those around you! Recommendations welcome, spoilers at your own risk. 😄
A few things to know:
📖 There are NO assigned books — bring whatever you're currently reading or pick something up while you're there
☕ Drinks available for purchase from The Dusty Bookshelf
🛋️ Seating is in the mezzanine — arrive early to get your favorite spot!
🎉 All readers welcome — whether you're a once-a-year reader or a book-a-week devotee
🚗 Parking (paid) is available in the parking garage (1318 Laramie)
🚕 Parking (free) is available at City Park or, if you're lucky, on the streets of Aggieville
The Little Apple Silent Book Club meets the last Tuesday of every month at The Dusty Bookshelf, 700 North Manhattan Ave, Manhattan, KS.
