Lino Cut & Print Workshop - Create Your Own Hand-Carved Artwork

I’m offering a small, intimate lino cut & print workshop where you can create your own hand-carved artwork.You’ll learn how to carve your own lino stamp and print it by hand. I’ll guide you through each step.

From sketching your idea to carving and making your first print.

Since I’m a cat artist, I can help you design and sketch your cat (or anything else you’d like to carve).

I’ll also bring a selection of my own lino prints as inspiration for you to look through.

✦ What we’ll do

• Sketch your idea together

• Transfer your sketch onto a lino block

• Learn carving techniques step by step

• Print your design by hand using traditional methods, ink, and special paper

✦ What you’ll take home

• The lino block(s) you carved

• Multiple prints of your artwork on high-quality paper

✦ What to bring

• Clothes you don’t mind getting ink on. Lino printing can get messy!

• A little patience with the carving tools. They can be as sharp as knives, but I’ll guide you safely and I’ll have plenty of band-aids with me, just in case

• Optional: You’re more than welcome to bring cat photos as inspiration (or just to show me your cute babies :D)

This workshop can be held in English, German, or a mix of both, depending on your preference.

All materials are included, and no experience is needed.
