Happy Men's Mental Health Awareness Month! End Violence and Racism (EVR) is thrilled to announce our next event in collaboration with David Kam.

Take care of your mental health, one stroke at a time. Through our moving hands and bodies in each other’s company.

Calling all East and South East Asian (ESEA*) men - join David on Sunday 1st December, 11am - 2:30pm at Academy Mews Studios** (15 Pratt Mews, Camden, NW1 0AD) for an afternoon of movement, connection, and food. We will practise a moving meditation before engaging in a series of mindful and interactive movement games, including a creative therapeutic activity inspired by the intricate art of Zentangle. There will be space for sharing and conversation, then we will enjoy a meal together at a local, community-owned ESEA restaurant (TBC).***

No prior movement training of any form required. The session is tailored to welcome curious individuals across varying physiques, neurodivergences and dis/abilities. You can also opt out and witness whenever needed.

This event is for East and South East Asian (ESEA) men, and anyone else across gender identities and expressions who identifies with the lived experience of ESEA men. We aim to create a safe space where none of those outside of this experience are present. We kindly ask you to respect this.
