Get moving with our monthly line dancing workout. This workout will work your legs, core, and keep your arms moving as it helps improve your coordination and balance. It is good to give your body a different workout every so often. This is a perfect class to change things up while also having fun! Instructor: Gail Griffith
$5 per workshop. All fitness levels welcome. Pre-Registration required. Spaces are limited. Registration Deadline is one week prior to the class.
