Linacre College Registration Session 2025

At your registration appoinment, we will:

• Check that you have completed the steps outlined in the 'Your Guide to Registration' email, and take physical copies of any documents you have not been able to provide in advance.
• Release your student (Bod) card. This is used to access all University libraries, paying for food and drink at student rates in Linacre, access to the College, and access to your department. If you have been issued with a temporary fob to access the College buildings you must bring that with you to exchange for your University Card. If you have previously been issued with a University Card please bring this with you even if it has expired, as we have to take it and destroy it in exchange for your new one.
• Complete the final stage of your enrolment process for you online (only college administrators can do this). You will then see your status update to ‘enrolled’ on your student self-service account and you will be able to create a printable enrolment certificate should you need it to evidence your student status. If for any reason you require access to this before you can make an in-person appointment, or if you are due to start your course remotely, please let us know and we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
