Lights at Mawson returns to Mawson Lakes from Friday 17 July to Sunday 19 July, bringing three nights of colour, light, and entertainment to the heart of the community.From 5pm to 10pm each evening, Mawson Lakes will transform into a vibrant wonderland filled with immersive light installations, interactive experiences, live music, and delicious food options. This free event offers something for all ages and is the perfect way to enjoy a winter night out close to home.
Explore a glowing light maze, encounter six illuminated inflatable animals, and discover delightful fairy gardens.
Join the silent disco, take part in LED spinning workshops, and enjoy a range of interactive games and activities throughout the event.
Head to The Mawson Centre to create a light painting portrait with family and friends, giving you a unique keepsake to remember the night.
One of the highlights returning this year is the on-lake flame and pyrotechnics show, an electrifying spectacle that lights up the water with fire, colour, and energy.
Along the Boulevard, you can grab dinner or sweet treats from local cafes and restaurants while enjoying live acoustic performances from 6pm to 9pm each night.
