LIGHT WITHIN: A Spring Equinox Experience
A Journey Through Breath & Movement
Step into the turning of the season with an evening designed to awaken your body, uplift your spirit, and reconnect you to your inner light.
LIGHT WITHIN is a consciously curated Spring Equinox experience weaving together conscious connected breathwork, yoga, and intuitive movement. As day and night come into balance, we gather to realign within — to clear what feels heavy, reconnect to what feels true, and intentionally plant seeds for the months ahead.
The evening will weave together grounding, yoga and movement guided by Joi, Certified Yoga Teacher — creating space in the body and opening pathways for energy to flow — with a powerful conscious connected breathwork journey led by Lucinda, Certified Breathwork Instructor. Together, these practices are designed to release tension, expand awareness, and awaken clarity and intention, with invitations to move in ways that feel freeing, restorative, and energizing.
Expect a vibrant and joyful atmosphere — one that invites both reflection and expression. Through breath and movement, you’ll be supported in connecting to your heart’s desires and anchoring intentions for the season ahead. This is an opportunity to move stagnant energy, awaken creativity, and embody the light that lives within you.
Whether you are new to breathwork and yoga or experienced in these practices, this evening is open to all who feel called to gather in community and welcome spring with presence and purpose.
